We are constantly looking to expand our portfolio through the acquisition of appropriate development sites and existing self storage centres in selected locations across the UK.
What We’re Looking For:
Freehold conversion sites or existing self storage businesses.
Prominent sites on main arterial routes, retail warehousing and industrial locations.
Minimum eaves height of 5m, ideally circa 8m.
Intro fees payable to non-retained agents.
Existing buildings from 15,000 sq ft.

Good access in high traffic areas, adjacent to supermarkets are preferable.
