What is the FEEFO Platinum Service Award?
FEEFO is the world’s largest purchaser-verified feedback platform. The awards are an impartial seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. The Trusted Service Awards were created in 2014 to provide consumers with the confidence that the feedback they see is 100% genuine.
The Platinum Award is given to organisations that have achieved the gold standard for at least three consecutive years – and that means three years of achieving a service rating of between 4.5 and 5.
